Frequently asked questions
Does Boxcore take a commission on registrations?
No. Registration and store payments are handled entirely by the organizer through their own tools (Stripe, etc.). Boxcore charges no commission.
Which competition formats are supported?
All CrossFit formats (open WODs, AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Chipper, Ladder) and standard Hyrox stations. You're free to configure the scoring.
Can I sell t-shirts and gear?
Yes. The built-in store takes online orders for t-shirts, hoodies and gear. Payments are organizer-managed.
Why a flat price instead of a commission?
Because the success of your competition should not raise your bill. On a 66-team competition at €160 per team, a commission-based platform charges around €800 in fees for that single event. Boxcore costs €349 per season, or €199 per half-season, unlimited competitions, whatever the number of teams — because you are the one collecting registrations with your own payment tool. Run the numbers yourself.
What is the difference between the season pass and the half-season pass?
The features are identical, only the duration changes. The season pass covers 12 months for €349, the half-season pass 6 months for €199. Over a full year, the season pass works out at €29/month and saves you €49 compared to two half-seasons.
Is there a commitment?
None. You buy a 6 or 12-month pass, paid once. There is no automatic renewal: when the pass ends, you decide whether to take another one.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The free account gives you access to every feature: create your competitions, your WODs, your store. Only publishing (public link, registrations, orders) requires a pass. A public demo account, with no signup, will also be available soon. See the demo section.
Does Boxcore work on mobile?
Yes. The app is responsive and the scoring interface is optimized for the floor (judges on tablet or smartphone).
